Once you have a design in place, the next step is to develop a pattern for use in the manufacturing process. Working with you, we develop a CAD pattern that tells the digital cutting machine how to cut the parts for your industrial fabric product.
We can develop patterns two ways:
From existing equipment – We’ve had customers bring us something that needs a cover or fabric solution. Using various techniques, we’re able to create a pattern for you.
From your prototype – If you had a fabric prototype made elsewhere, we can “reverse engineer” it and make a pattern.
Once your pattern is made, we can then do a production run for you. Or, we can output standard CAD drawing files and send them to you.
