Sally founded the company in 1979, building on a lifetime of successful sailing
competition and 20 years of sailmaking experience. Begun as a sail loft catering
to world class sailors, PTS evolved under Sally's direction into a source for design,
development, and the production of sewn articles for a wide range of industries.
Sally now oversees all corporate policy. |

Susan also learned construction skills in the precisely technical sailmaking industry,
She has been managing all aspects of production at PTS since 1987. She handles
purchasing, production scheduling, and employee interactions to insure items
are completed on time and to our extremely high quality standards. |

When Josh joined us in 1995, he brought a background of creative design,
engineering and hands-on assembly finesse to his role as sales manager.

Kinga's background in the garment design industry makes her a natural at the
precision required for digitizing our CAD patterns. Her perfectly digitized files
insure accurate production and subsequent duplication of our customers' products.

Maria has an exceptional gift for prototyping very complex shapes and
multiple plies of any material. Her background in aerospace production
has familiarized her with exotic materials and unusual applications.

Luisa has extensive background in cushions and general canvas work.
She excels at multi-layered foam/insulation construction and is willing to
tackle and prevail over any job. Her consistently positive attitude helps
knit the whole production team together on major jobs requiring all hands. |

As a fourth-generation tailor, Thomas brings efficient and exact production
methods to our team. He has added speed and skill to the total team effort.
He is able to transfer his tailoring skills to PTS construction methods,
